• Customers may cancel up to a specified time before their scheduled rental to receive a refund (minus any administrative fees if applicable).
   
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
   

We prioritize your safety. Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion due to:

• Mechanical issues with the boat
   
• Other safety-related concerns
   

If we cancel due to such reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

You agree to use our services and website responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content through our website or SMS system
   
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of our website
