2.2 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies will be clearly provided during the booking process.
Customers may cancel up to a specified time before their scheduled rental to receive a refund (minus any administrative fees if applicable).
No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Weather & Safety

We prioritize your safety. Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion due to:

Severe weather conditions
Mechanical issues with the boat
Other safety-related concerns

If we cancel due to such reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

You agree to use our services and website responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content through our website or SMS system
